Some updates from me...

As Salaam Alaikum World....

Wow... I have had an interesting few months. I am back in Bahrain after being in the States for a month. I am glad to be back regardless of the issues going on here. All in all, I feel safe and confident in our Government to deal with the thugs who caused this.

My mother is doing well, ALHAMDULILLAH... She has recovered beyond anyones expectations. When you look at her its hard to imagine that she had 2 brain aneurisims.... I spent time with family and reconciled a wonderful relationship with my Cousin.....Mashallah!

I missed my cats....hahaha Sooo...time to come home.

I also came home with a nasty cold.  You name it I had it.  I am now starting to feel a little better and thank God, I have gotten my voice back.  Now if I can just get rid of the cough..

I am now not working....I am thinking about starting to look for a job. Nothing as stressful as what I had before..but something to keep me busy none the less. There is just one problem with that. I am not sure I will be hire able.....

  2. Wa alaykum as salaam wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatuh.

Subhaan Allah wa al hamdul'Illah wa la ilaha ila Allah wa ALLAHU AKBAR!

When Allah sends His Signs, His Mercy, His Blessing, His Gifts it really is something to behold. I'm so happy for you that I'm crying my eyes out! I asked Allah to show you How Irresistible He is, to give you unshakeable evidence that nothing in this world was a problem or an issue with Him on your side and you relying totally on Him. Y

Through the rough and the low, you have kept your faith and relied on Allah...and truly after difficulty there is relief. May Allah keep you and that new life inside you safe, may it be truly blessed, and may you remember how and when this came to ALWAYS - ameen.

Big hugs, huge love, got to get a hankie.

  10. Alhumdulilah That is such great news! Allah is so kind, and so merciful. This is wonderful. Inshallah You're gonna really enjoy nine months of getting pampered! lol. I'm happy for you it really is such a blessing. May Allah bless you, and your little one, with his protection, and blessings. I have a good book on Upbringing Muslim children, and it says to eat sweet melon for a handsome, and pretty child. It's said to come from Hadith, but I'm don't know that for sure because the source is not listed? @Mai have you heard of this Hadith before? Lol I ate so much melon when I was pregnant! Congratulations Sister!!

  12. Umm Assad, never heard of that hadith before in my life. I just read it on a Hanafi website, but it has no source listed, no isnad, nothing. In fact, all of the things suggested there, including the ahadith, have no source.

Most certainly I have never read it in Bukhari or Muslim, and Allah Knows Best. By all means, eat melon if you like it, but a beautiful child - inside and out - will be from Allah, so I'd just make dua' for it, inshaa'Allah.

  13. @ Mai thanks for checking for me, I was eating that melon everyday though! lol. I agree with Mai, Daisy make dua everyday for exactly how you want your baby to be. I made dua everyday for my babies. Awwwe so happy for you!
